A ce titre, il est charg\u00e9 de coordonner toutes les activit\u00e9s du consulat. Il est ordonnateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 des cr\u00e9dits budg\u00e9taires secondaires allou\u00e9s \u00e0 la Mission.<\/li><li><strong><strong>Le Secr\u00e9tariat :<\/strong><\/strong><p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s4\">Le Secr\u00e9tariat est dirig\u00e9 par un(e) Secr\u00e9taire Particulier (\u00e8re). Il est charg\u00e9 de\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">organiser et g\u00e9rer l\u2019emploi de temps du Consul g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">r\u00e9ceptionner et exp\u00e9dier le courrier officiel\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ventiler le courrier \u00e0 l\u2019interne apr\u00e8s imputation du Chef de mission\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">g\u00e9rer les t\u00e9l\u00e9copies et le courrier \u00e9lectronique\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9dition de la valise consulaire\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">veiller au classement des dossiers trait\u00e9s\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">recevoir les visiteurs du consul g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">organiser les missions, audiences et r\u00e9unions du Consul g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0; <\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">tenir \u00e0 jour les listes et adresses des institutions et personnalit\u00e9s de la <\/span><span class=\"s4\">circonscription consulaire <\/span><span class=\"s4\">et du Burkina Faso\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ex\u00e9cuter toutes autres t\u00e2ches confi\u00e9es par la hi\u00e9rarchie. <\/span><\/div><p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s4\">Outre <\/span><span class=\"s4\">le<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> (la) Secr\u00e9taire Particulier<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> (\u00e8re)<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, le Secr\u00e9tariat comprend le service de Traduction\/<\/span><span class=\"s4\">Interpr\u00e9tation et<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> service du Standard.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"s9\"><strong><span class=\"s7\">Le service de T<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s7\"><strong>raduction\/Interpr\u00e9tation est charg\u00e9 de\u00a0<\/strong>: <\/span><\/p><div class=\"s16\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">assurer l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation lors des audiences du Consul G\u00e9n\u00e9ral ou de tout autre membre du personnel du Consulat\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s16\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">assurer l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation lors des conf\u00e9rences et c\u00e9r\u00e9monies organis\u00e9es par le Consulat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s16\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">traduire les correspondances et documents en provenance du Consulat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral et\/ou \u00e0 destination des services publics et priv\u00e9s du pays d\u2019accueil\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s16\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">traiter et mettre \u00e0 la disposition du Chef de Poste toutes informations pertinentes diffus\u00e9es par les m\u00e9dias du pays d\u2019accueil et du Burkina Faso\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s16\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ex\u00e9cuter toutes autres t\u00e2ches confi\u00e9es par le Consul G\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/div><p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s7\"><strong>Le Standard est charg\u00e9 de<\/strong> : <\/span><\/p><div class=\"s16\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">recevoir et transf\u00e9rer les appels t\u00e9l\u00e9p<\/span><span class=\"s4\">honiques officiels (entrants et<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> \u00a0sortants)\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s16\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">assister le Consul G\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans ses fonctions de repr\u00e9sentation, de n\u00e9gociation, d\u2019information, de promotion et de protection des int\u00e9r\u00eats du Burkina Faso et<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> des ressortissants burkinab\u00e8 dansla circonscription consulaire<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">suivre les dossiers de coop\u00e9ration d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">suivre la mise en \u0153uvre des accords en rapport avec les activit\u00e9s de la juridiction\u00a0; <\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">suivre les dossiers \u00e0 caract\u00e8re \u00e9conomique, commercial, scientifique \u00a0et culturel\u00a0;<\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><\/div><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ex\u00e9cuter toute t\u00e2<\/span><span class=\"s4\">che administrative \u00e0 lui confi\u00e9e<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> par sa hi\u00e9rarchie.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li><strong><strong>Service Consulaire et Social :<\/strong><\/strong><p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s4\">Le<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Service Consulaire<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> et Social<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> est dirig\u00e9 par <\/span><span class=\"s4\">le Vice <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Consul. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Il est charg\u00e9 de\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><div class=\"s12\"><span class=\"s11\">&#8211; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">animer le service consulaire\u00a0en assurant la gestion du registre de l\u2019\u00e9tat civil et en <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ex\u00e9cutant les t\u00e2ches de l\u2019\u00e9tat civil en sa qualit\u00e9 d\u2019Officier d\u2019\u00e9tat civil d<\/span><a><\/a><span class=\"s4\">\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 (acte de naissance, de d\u00e9c\u00e8s, de mariage, \u00a0certificats, attestations, l\u00e9galisation) de tout document ayant re\u00e7u l\u2019approbation du Chef de poste\u00a0;
